Just like decluttering our homes refocuses us on creating an intentional life, a clean eating detox is the perfect way to reset your health goals. We will use the Whole Detox book by Dr. Deanna Minich. You can select a vegan or omnivore meal plan. It’s got luscious recipes, shopping lists, and abundant nutritional research and content. The focus is on whole unprocessed foods, eliminating many foods which can cause inflammation in the body.  It’s a good start to any elimination diet you may have been wanting to do.

There also are daily exercises of movement, affirmations, meditation and exploring thoughts and emotions as you detox.
