Raw Cleansing – An Introduction
I got into cleansing a few years ago and initially my goal was to lose weight. Over time I have experimented and found the benefits far exceed just losing weight.
I will be posting what I have learned about cleansing and how you can do your own cleanse when you are ready.
A little bit about me
I live in Portland, Oregon, the vegan mecca for all things green. I have been exploring the question “What is health and how do I get more?” my whole life. In 2012 I made the decision to retire at age 55 from a busy successful career as an RN and Manager for a large health care company. I love photography and I am thrilled to be a new grandma. I just got back from a trip of a lifetime in which I walked 550 miles through France and Spain on the Camino de Santiago.
